## Services

- [Roof replacement & repair](https://proext.org/roofing.html): full tear-off replacements, new-construction roofing coordinated with builders, and leak and storm repairs. Materials: architectural asphalt shingles, standing-seam metal, natural slate and luxury tile. Process: drone and physical inspection, material selection, installation to manufacturer specifications, final quality check.
- [Storm & hail damage](https://proext.org/storm-damage.html): emergency tarping, free drone inspections, photo documentation, itemized estimates in the Xactimate format insurers commonly use, and being on-site when the insurance adjuster inspects. The homeowner files and stays in charge of the claim, and the insurance company makes the coverage decision. Georgia law does not allow contractors to pay or waive a deductible, and Professional Exteriors does not.
- [Seamless gutters](https://proext.org/gutters.html): gutters extruded on-site from heavy-gauge aluminum or copper, 5" and 6" K-style and half-round profiles, custom color matching, and leaf-protection systems.
- [Soft washing](https://proext.org/washing.html): low-pressure cleaning for roofs, siding, stucco, patios and decks that removes mold, algae, moss and black streaks (Gloeocapsa magma) without damaging shingles or voiding manufacturer warranties.

As a GAF certified installer they can register eligible roof systems for enhanced manufacturer coverage. Exact terms are given in writing with each estimate. See https://proext.org/warranty.html
