1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you fill out our contact form, request a free estimate, or schedule a service. This may include your name, email address, phone number, physical address, and details about your roofing or gutter systems.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries, schedule and perform inspections, provide estimates, complete restoration work, and process payments. We also use your contact details to send updates regarding your project.
3. Information Sharing
Professional Exteriors does not sell, lease, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information with subcontractors or insurance adjusters only as necessary to execute project agreements and insurance-claim recoveries on your behalf.
4. Data Security
We implement appropriate administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
This website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to measure the performance of our advertising. Specifically, we use:
- Google Tag Manager — a tool that manages the measurement tags described below. It does not collect personal information on its own.
- Google Analytics 4 — collects usage data such as pages viewed, time on page, scrolling, outbound link clicks, file downloads, site search, video engagement, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and the website or advertisement that referred you. This is used in aggregate to understand how the site performs.
- Google Ads conversion tracking — records when a visit that began from one of our advertisements results in a quote request or a click on our phone number, so we can measure which advertising is effective. Google may set cookies on your device for this purpose.
- Meta Pixel (Facebook / Instagram) — records page views, phone-number taps, and quote-request submissions on this site so we can measure and improve our ads on Facebook and Instagram and show relevant ads to people who have visited. Meta may set cookies and receive information such as your IP address, browser details, and the pages you visit. You can manage ad preferences in your Facebook ad settings.
- Call tracking — we may display different phone numbers to different visitors in order to identify which advertising produced a call. Calls placed to these numbers connect to our normal business line and may be recorded for quality purposes where permitted by law.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not use this data to make any decision about you individually, and we do not combine advertising measurement data with the details you submit through our quote form for any purpose other than responding to your request.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. You can opt out of Google Analytics specifically by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, you can manage advertising personalization at Google My Ad Center, and you can opt out of interest-based ads from participating companies at optout.aboutads.info. Blocking cookies will not prevent you from using this website or submitting a quote request.
6. Information You Submit Through Forms
When you submit our quote request form we collect the name, phone number, email address, property address, service type, and any message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your request and to provide the services you asked about. We retain it for as long as needed for that purpose and for our business records.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page. If you have questions about this policy or about the data we hold, contact us at office@proext.org or 470-470-4613.
