All estimates, inspections, and service contracts offered via this website are subject to formal, signed agreements between Professional Exteriors and the client. Estimates provided online or by phone represent preliminary ranges and are not legally binding bids.
3. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Professional Exteriors or its subcontractors be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our website.
4. Governing Law
Any claim relating to Professional Exteriors\' website or services shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
Program description. By providing your mobile number and checking the consent box on our SMS consent form, or by giving explicit verbal or written permission, you agree to receive text messages from Professional Exteriors. Messages relate to your service request or, for company personnel, to internal operational alerts. Message types include appointment scheduling and confirmations, estimate and project status updates, crew arrival notices, new-lead and missed-call alerts, and replies to your questions.
Frequency and cost. Message frequency varies based on your project activity. Message and data rates may apply. Professional Exteriors does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages thereafter. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at office@proext.org or 470-470-4613.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to agree to receive text messages in order to request an estimate or purchase any service from Professional Exteriors.
Carriers and delivery. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is not guaranteed.
Supported carriers. Available on major US carriers. Carrier support may change without notice.
